In order to register for the Group Meeting, please follow the instructions below.
Please keep in mind that the deadline to register on line is March 9. The cut off date for hotel reservations is February 28.

Only members of the Children’s Oncology Group who are on the invitation list will be allowed to register through this system. This is a planning meeting and not intended for general member attendance. All attendees must be approved through Dr. Reaman in order to be on the invitation list.

As a member, the system will automatically recognize you by your login ID. The system will say Welcome “your name”
- Proceed by filling in all required information
- Once you finish entering all of the required fields, go to the bottom of the page and hit submit. Please click on the submit button only once.
- Once your registration is processed you will be automatically forwarded to a page with your confirmation number. Then you will be able to enter the agenda registration area where you may register for individual sessions and print your personal agenda for the meeting.
- Meeting Rooms will be posted to the website approximately one week prior to the start of the meeting. At this time you will be able to go back in by signing in the same way you did before, update your agenda if you like, and print out your personal agenda with the individual meeting rooms assigned for each session. A notification will be sent to all those who have registered when the meeting room names have been added.
