- COG Member Web Site Maintenance – Wednesday, October 24, 2018, between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm PST
On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, between 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm (PST), the COG IT department will be conducting system maintenance on the COG Member Web site. During this time period, the COG Member Web site and all functions and services, including eRDES reservations, study enrollment and study data entry will be unavailable for use. Please note that the COG Patient registry and enrollments in OPEN and data entry in iMedidata, Rave are NOT affected.Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period.

The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) is conducting important maintenance on COG systems on Saturday, July 7, 2018, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm (PST). During this time the following systems and services are unavailable:- COG Member Web site
- COG Patient registration, enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignment and study data entry in OPEN (Note: Data entry in iMedidata Rave is not impacted)
- Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period.

- The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) is conducting important maintenance on COG systems on April 7, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am (PST). During this time, the following services will be intermittently unavailable:
- COG Member Web site
- COG patient registration and services in OPEN, eRDES and RDE1 systems, including but not limited to enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignment and study data entry. (Note: iMedidata Rave is NOT affected.)

- On Saturday, November 5th between 6:00am and 2:00pm (PST),
the COG IT department will conduct an IT Disaster Recovery test to
ensure that COG systems can reliably and effectively support critical
business operations in the event of a disaster affecting the COG
Operations/Statistics and Data Center. During this testing period, all COG systems will be unavailable for use by COG Members and COG staff. This includes, but is not limited to, the following systems and services:
- Patient registration, reservation, enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignments, study transfers and study data entry in eRDES/OPEN/RDE1 (Data entry in Medidata Rave is not affected)
- All COG Web and desktop applications (e.g., COG Member Web site, Manuscript Review, etc.)
- All COG network related systems and services (e.g., email, VPN, helpdesk, etc.)
Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period.

During this time period, the following systems and services will be
unavailable for use:
- Patient registration, enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignments and study data entry in eRDES/OPEN/RDE1 (data entry in OPEN and iMedidata, Rave will not be affected)
Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period.

- On Sunday, May 8th between 10am and 11am (PST), the
Children’s Oncology Group is conducting important maintenance. During
this time period, the following systems and services will be unavailable
for use:
- Patient registration, enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignments and study data entry in eRDES/OPEN/RDE1 (data entry in iMedidata, Rave will not be affected)
- All COG Web applications (e.g., COG Member Web site, Manuscript Review, COG Reports (SSRS) etc.)
Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period.

- On Sunday, February 28th between 10am and 12pm (PST), the COG IT department will conduct important maintenance on COG systems. During this time period, all COG Web applications will be unavailable for use by COG members and staff..
This includes, but is not limited to, the following systems and services:- Patient registration, enrollment, callback and study data entry in eRDES /RDE1 (OPEN and Medidata Rave will not be affected)
- All COG Web applications (e.g., COG Member Web site, Manuscript Review, Individual Membership application, etc.)
Please plan accordingly to ensure business continuity during this time period. - On Sunday, February 21st between 9am and 2pm (PST), the Children’s Oncology Group is conducting important maintenance on COG systems. During this time period, all COG systems will be unavailable for use by COG Members and COG staff.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following systems and services:- Patient registration, enrollment, callback, manual treatment assignments and study data entry in eRDES/OPEN/RDE1 (Data entry in iMedidata, Rave will not be affected)

- The BPC Kit Management Web application.
