The Children's Oncology Group (COG) Supportive Care Guidelines are rigorously developed, evidence-based, supportive care guidelines identified and evaluated for endorsement by the COG Supportive Care Guidelines sub-Committee. The COG Endorsement Policy incorporates evaluation by committee members and COG stakeholders. The COG Supportive Care Guidelines are linked to each COG protocol. Individual guidelines can be accessed using the links below:

The COG Supportive Care Guidelines sub-Committee adheres to the committee’s Archiving Policy, which ensures the most up-to-date clinical practice guidelines are under active endorsement.  Clinical practice guidelines will be archived 5 years from the date of publication whether or not the guideline was replaced with a more current version.  The archived guidelines are available in the COG-endorsed Supportive Care Guideline Archive for historical purposes only.
